Loved this place! I came to Sauk City because the hotels in Madison were crazy expensive during UW graduation week - I am so glad I found this motel and town - and from now on we will be staying there! Loved the spacious immaculate room, the kind staff - the adorable main street and shops/dining by the Wisconsin rover....We arrived so late bx our flight was delayed they were all so kind and patient. Breakfast was provided, I wish I had a bathing suit for the beautiful pool - and VINTAGE brewery was really something else - I can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly. The facilities although dated, were well kept. I loved the lodge feel. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for service and care.

Check in was great. Staff at the front desk was very kind. The room was on the pool side so it was a little noisy but the beds were comfy. The bath spout didn’t work, you had to put your finger in the spout to lift the lever to get the shower to work. Housekeeping turned our refrigerator off for some reason when we still had milk, soda's & water in the frig so when I put my leftovers in there that night I didn’t realize they turned the frig off & my food & milk went bad. Things happen so I wasn’t about to let it ruin my day, we still enjoyed our trip in the area, Sauk city is a beautiful area to visit.

We really liked the Cedarberry Inn. The facility was very clean and the room was spacious. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites which was perfect for our family of four (teenaged children). The pool facility was nice and the continental breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Every staff person I encountered was friendly. Would choose the Cedarberry again if traveling in/through the Sauk City/Prairie du Sac area. Or Baraboo. Or the Dells!

This was one of the cleanest nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was so helpful and kind, the breakfast was amazing with biscuits and sausage gravy AND breakfast pizza. Along with French toast, bagels, pastries, cereals, yogurts etc. The pool area was nice and big and well maintained. The hotel provides drinks and they will even cook amazing Emil’s frozen pizza for you to bring to your room. They have bottles of wine too: our room was spotless clean like no other hotel I have ever been too. We were there pleasantly surprised at how INCREDIBLE this hotel was. We will definitely stay here again. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!

This is a family owned motel and the staff is wonderful. They would do anything for you and are so appreciative of your business. Very clean. Our daughter had an event at the high school and this is very convenient.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here for a dance comp. They gave a warm welcome to all dancers and provided extra make-up wipes. The beds are comfortable, they have large shampoo/conditioner/bidy wash dispensers mounted in the showers, and the water pressure is amazing. The heavy brass keys are just the icing on the cake.

This hotel is older with few updates but it is spotless and the staff is super friendly. The free breakfast starts at 6:30 am every day and has a lot of options. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it’s large for the size of the hotel and it appears to be kept clean. The price is great!
