“My son and I are from Seattle, we meet up with my brothers from Florida and Ohio for the MLB Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown. What a wonderful weekend it was and at a beautiful house that overlooked a creek with two waterfalls. The outside views from the deck were only surpassed by the wide-open spaces inside the house. “Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us……

“This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time!”

“Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. ”

“It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.”

“This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!”
