Me and my wife stayed two nights with my 3 month old son. When I booked it a week in advance I selected a room with a king bed but when we got done with our five hour drive and got to our room it was two double beds. Went down there to ask about it and I was told they didn't have any left, and I responded, well that's why It's called a reservation and that's why I did it a week in advance. I was also thrown off because I find it hard to believe there was not a king bed left because there is barely any cars in the parking lot. But anyways.... He told me he can't give me something that isn't available, to which I responded, no I don't guess you can thanks for nothing. Breakfast wasn't that great either cause I went down there to grab something and she still hadn't set everything out. And there is something wrong with the coffee. I think they need to clean the coffee dispenser. When we went to check out the lady upfront was so obsessed with her phone she didn't even realize I was up there for like a whole minute and when I kindly said hello she just told me to hold on a minute and continued on her phone a little longer. The room cleanliness was pretty average I didn't have no complaints about that. However the security door stopper was barely holding on with a few tiny wood screws So that was pretty much useless. Overall I just wasn't impressed at all. I will never stay here again. I'd rather pay more to have a better experience. i would be firing some people honestly.

Great place except only one elevator on other side of property. We took elevator but had to walk all the way around property to get to our room, esay to get lost. People with disabilities should avoid 2nd floor rooms. My wife has cardiac condition and gets short of breath easily. So next time we will get room on first floor.

The person who assisted us during check-in and check-out was not very friendly; they only did what was required of them. I asked for hot water to make tea, but they didn’t have any. Additionally, the hotel is in poor condition—our bathroom’s shower made a very annoying noise. However, if you’re on a budget and want to stay in a nice area of Savannah, it’s an okay option.

They are running a predatory business that will sell a room at a low price and then tell you that they don’t have your reservation when you arrive. But their solution to that will be to sell you the same room again at over double the cost. Shameful!

The staff were like robots, just doing their jobs. Not mean, not visibly happy. The smell of marijuana was heavy on way to room. Carpets on stairs and hall way were dirty. The lights in our bathroom didn't work. Maintenance came right away, was friendly and replaced both bulbs. Commode lid was really loose, fixed that myself. Didn't notice until maintenance man was gone. No drain plug in the bathroom sink. Floor in room was dirty, don't think it has been washed with soap and water in years. Went down for breakfast and waffle batter dispenser didn't work. That got fixed and one of the waffle makers didn't work. Granted, by them selves none of these are a major issue. Just a lot of little things that indicate small details are not being taken care of.

I had made two reservations at this property. The first I paid for online but then I realized I made if for the wrong date. I immediately tried to change it but Expedia couldn't get in touch with the hotel and neither could I after several tries so I made another reservation for a day earlier at a higher rate thinking we could just stay another day but when we got to the hotel they wouldn't let me use the first reservation because it was for The next day but instead charged me for the hi GG er rate. So now I assume I won't be refunded the first reservation becaue we didn't want to stay that extra day because we had to be somewhere else.
