I'm retired and on disability. A week prior to check in I got an email saying the elevator was inoperable. I spoke with Sonder about it and they said it would be repaired prior to check in. Upon arrival I found the elevator still inoperable. All they were willing to do was cancel my reservation with full refund. It was 1200 miles from my home and check in day.

Overall good stay. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and River St. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Was clean and safe. Four cons though… Parking situation, elevator, neighbors, and the bed. Parking was a pain. Wish there was an assigned spot for parking. Had to carry all our luggage down the street in the rain. There’s a big parking lot in the back of the building that would be perfect for parking space… The elevator was broken while we were there so get ready to walk up three flights. They did let us know before arrival though. The neighbors were loud from the walls being thin. The bed was awful. Bed sank in the middle so we slept terribly. We were there for just one night so I recommend this for a quick stay, not long term.

Gorgeous property and very clean! Easy access to many restaurants and stores. The parking wasn’t ideal. Meter parking on the street for a maximum of 12 hours in front of the building is available - however, finding a spot was nearly impossible because it’s such a busy area. There is temporary parking in the back entrance to unload your luggage and use the elevators (which happened to be out of service anyway) but your vehicle CAN NOT be unattended otherwise it will be towed. The closest parking garage is 3 blocks down, making it super inconvenient if you have to carry all of your luggage if you can’t find a meter parking spot in the front to unload prior to parking your car down the street. I feel like it’s important to note that there are a handful of homeless people around the area as well, they are completely harmless and very nice - but it’s worth mentioning.

Excellent location in the historic district with easy access to downtown and the Riverwalk—perfect for those who value convenience and walkability. However, noise is a downside. Squeaky floors and poor soundproofing mean you’ll hear neighbors and hallway traffic. The complimentary earplugs say it all. Great for location seekers, but expect a noisy stay.

We had a great stay: the unit was spacious and tastefully decorated and well equipped. And, the location was perfect - right downtown. It's an older building so there can be some noise and they do provide ear plugs.

This studio had everything a house has to keep you there for as long as you want. Pricing was very affordable. Excellent condition. Very comfortable and super spacious. It's well located around a couple of restaurants, walking distance. There were some people going in and out slamming the door late in the night, but it's not this business fault, just unpolite people.

We enjoyed our short overnight stay. There was lots of room, a kitchen for quick meals, liked being able to wash our clothes, and had lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. The bed is low and soft, so it might be difficult for some. Ear plugs were supplied but we found the bedroom quiet.

This was a great stay, the location was right in downtown and walkable to dining and shopping. The actual suite was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. We also were able to request a pack and play for our 7 month old making our stay even easier!

I loved this place and would stay here if I had a group or more than just myself. I was there on a business trip alone and had to leave for an early morning by 3 am flight. I felt very scared walking alone at 3 am in the dark alleys to the only public parking 3 blocks away. I only felt safe accessing the front of the building as well which is on Broughton. But again. everything else was nice about my stay, I just wish they had parking closer as it was really inconvenient and added $20 per day to my stay.
