I usually stay with Sonder, but this stay in particular was not the best. I originally extended my reservation for another night, where I learned, I needed to transfer units because the other one was currently booked for an upcoming guest. I was transferred to a unit that was significantly smaller, (even though I booked the same room type)… the room itself felt picked over, you can tell there were originally paintings on the wall, but there was none…. There was no shower amenities in the shower, it took almost an hour for me to contact someone via chat.. to where I had to call someone to have it delivered.. after a long day, me and my family came back to the unit and undressed the sleeper sofa to find out there was no blanket.. when I reached out to customer service, they said a blanket would be delivered in 12 hours.. my family had to sleep uncomfortable for the night because there’s no possible way of having a blanket delivery. Customer service has been lack of, and had to deal with customer agents who are across seas.. very disappointing
