Arriving to the property staff was distracted at the front desk. We got checked in once we were acknowledged. It was an empty lobby so not sure why a guest wouldnt have been priority and should have been engaged as soon as we walked through the door.
Once we got into our designated room we quickly noticed that there was gum in the sink as soon as we walked up to the counter that greets you as you walk in. As we moved into the room the tv location was odd and would have been better placed if mounted on the wall with a swivel option. Bathroom had hair still in the bottom pan the weather stripping between glass was not keeping water from running out onto the floor. Brown stain around the shower on to the wall and floor. We went to enjoy the offered hot tub however it was cold and the timer on the wall was loose and a hazard we asked the front desk employee and she mentioned she couldnt do anything about it based on no one being there to assist. Lastly as we turned in for the night the top comforter had a terrible smell we had to remove from the bed there wasnt anytime to call front desk. Since we were leaving in the morning no need to raise a stink.
Hopefully this feedback will help you provide a better experience to others for our was mediocre and had a better experience from a red roof inn motel.
