“This property made me feel like I was in the islands. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the free breakfast was amazing. “Only stayed one night as my wife and I were passing through Savannah. The facility was clean, the beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to attractions in Savannah from there. Young and old alike were having a great time in the indoor pool. We would be happy to stay here again sometime.”

“The lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff were cordial. My main issue is the climate control: Even though the outside weather was pleasant and not humid in the 70s, the hotel room floor and rooms were humid and the carpet had a slightly musty smell even though everything else seemed new and clean. Next renovation they may need to switch out for tile floors, if possible. We did love the pillows that were extremely soft and fluffy!”

“I was late for check-in due to a delayed flight and had to call the emergency number 4 times before someone answered the phone to allow me to check in. I requested for maids not to come in my room yet they knocked on the door daily around 8:30am. I paid for a king bed and ended up getting two double beds. The cleanliness could’ve been better when I arrived in my room. ”
