“Die Unterkunft war irgendwie etwas Besonderes und hatte einen tollen Charme. Sie ist in einer tollen Umgebung und man ist von der Natur umgeben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Toll war, dass man wirklich den Strand und die Pools der 5*-Heritage-Anlagen mitbenutzen kann. Man kann sogar den Verzehr auf das Zimmer anschreiben lassen und muss die Anlage für den Weg dorthin nicht verlassen. Ein wichtiger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die gesamte Anlage……

“We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. Like cleaning the dishes, heavily racking chairs on the floor, setting up for breakfast 2h before closing time… they did everything except being……

“The house by it self wasn't that bad (beside the bathroom which was quite bare), we were mostly disappointed by the city, they immediatly told us tò be careful because thiefs go around the area. Furthermore, the Sea isn't nice at all, the beach was dirty and there Is a tractor tyre in the Sea right in front of the house. We left first thing in the morning.”
