“The property is located in a very rural and quiet town. Was not expecting a town this small but that is the beauty of it. We came to this location for peace and serenity and that is exactly what we got. While it is located very close to county road/bridge, there was not much disruption.Sitting on the deck above the water was amazing, very calming and relaxing. “We had a terrific time at Westin's rental on Chub Lake and hope to return next time we are looking for a get-away near Duluth. The house was easy to find and check-in was simple. It was very clean and inviting as soon as we arrived. The design was modern, spacious, and open, excellent for families who have older kids as we do. “The house was nice and cozy for what we needed. We stayed for our daughters’s wedding that was held at Ivy Black. Was a great location. About 15m from everywhere. House was clean and nice for families. Two levels with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. Game room is on the split level entry portion. If you would like to sit outside, you’d need to bring your own chairs as there is no outdoor furniture. Kitchen supplies were abundant and lots of family games and puzzles. The checkin process……

“My wife and I stayed with our son over the Easter weekend. The cabin is clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is everything you need to cook all 3 meals a day there if you wanted. The lake is only about 50 feet from the door. Sadly, it was still early in the season so it was too chilly for us to play in the lake, but I bet it's really nice in the summer. ”

“This location feels like you are far away in the country, but it is very close to cute little towns and even the big city! The owner was on site and available, very friendly. And the home itself was incredibly clean and well decorated. It was well appointed with many detailed touches that helped us to enjoy our time there, including movies and games. They even had homemade baked cookies for us when we arrived! It was fun to view the horses onsite, and my son enjoyed hanging out on the play……

“Our family ( 7 adults, 4 children under 4) spent 4 days at the cabin, most of the day in the lake swimming, kayaking and fishing. We had a great time! The littles enjoyed playing in the lake. A lot of time was spent on the swing and enjoying the fire ring.”
