“We enjoyed our time at the house. It was comfortable and just steps from the beach. The porch facing the beach is covered and really big. It catches the breeze most of the day. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable for us. We like a little firmer mattress so it suited us perfectly. It was great to have a/c in the bedroom but we only had to use it one night as the breeze kept us cool enough. I can imagine in the summer the a/c would be……

“The house and artwork were beautiful.The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were two families and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The pool no longer has a fence around it and many of the rooms have been upgraded since the photos in this listing. There are no longer bunkbeds which was a disappointment for the kids. If you want to go on beach walks or runs, beware of stray dogs. We hired cooks which was amazing, but the cookware in the house was in really bad shape and had Teflon……

“Lovely house with amazing shade porch, plunge pool, and multiple outdoor seating areas steps from the beach. Great bedrooms with lots of closet space and en suite bathrooms for all of them. House is an easy drive to Merida and the perfect place to get away from it all.”
