“While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he……

“The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. ”

“Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place……
