“We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. “Kein Hafen, keinerlei Infos bezüglich der Gegebenheiten ! Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes……

“IL residence si trova nella pineta non vicino alla spiaggia se non si vuole attraversare pericolosamente i binari del treno. Ho trascorso due settimane. Niente WiFi (scusa: ho cambiato gestore! Proprio durante la stagione turistica?) Per tappetini al bagno i cenci per lavare i pavimenti. Sul balcone sdraio con le basi fradice sul punto di rompersi e rivoli del condizionatore che allagano il pavimento (l'avevo detto al manutentore ma non l'ha fatto) Ma il fatto più grave è che dal comignolo della……

“Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder……

“Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.”
