“The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place ”

“There were 5 of us requiring 4 bedrooms so the Bacolet Villa was perfect. The house is spacious with a fabulous outside area where we spent most of our time. The kids with us loved the pool and were happy to have a large TV. Dining at Cafe Havana was convenient and has a very good menu. Property management was excellent and quickly responded to the small glitches that occurred. Overall , a good place to stay .”

“I arrived around 10:00 AM, but since my check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was delighted to find that my sister was living literally next door. So, I was able to hang out with her until check-in time. The location was very quiet and convenient, a short distance from the city. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and I had a very enjoyable stay. I am looking forward to my next visit.”

“Owen is one of the most helpful and accommodating host I’ve ever encountered! He is always available to help. He provided me an overview of things to enjoy on the island. He also helped out with booking activities and tours. In addition, his home made breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The drink he makes with it is just devine. “The meal inclusion gives good value for money even though the dining options were limited. The food was tasty. The aged furniture in the restaurant gave it a kind of unclean feeling. The room (on the older side... above the reception) had that unclean feeling as well. Not saying that the room was dirty but it gives an unclean feeling that is a little difficult to descibe.
