I had an A/C issue with our room which certainly wasn’t enjoyable but the nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding of my frustration and went all out to make sure we had an enjoyable stay by switching our room and in the process gave us a wonderful upgraded suite! “The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

“I've been staying at HR for a number of years and cannot recommend it any more highly. The staff is just so friendly, they offer a fantastic buffet style breakfast with eggs to order, wine and cheese as an aperitif in the late afternoon, and the service has been so consistent over the years.
