Australian wildlife galore!!! Located 15 mins out of Ballarat is our beautiful home on 20 acres with 3 dams & creek. We have wild kangaroos that feed and travel though our property everyday. The 2 BR Unit is fully is fitted with quality furniture & fittings. Sleeps 5 persons incl trundle bed. From your private veranda sit & watch the beautiful sunsets and the entertainment our Australian Wildlife has to offer. Located 1 min from the Ballarat Skipton Rail-Trail with supermarket only 4 mins away.

No locals from Ballarat or surrounding areas. Adults photo ID's including address to be shown before check-in to prove this.
No visitors or unapproved guest. No parties. No candles to be used anywhere inside or outside on the property. Quiet hours 11pm - 6am No goldmining.
NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning fee applies. Tampering with smoke detectors or cameras will result in immediate cancelation of the booking. No camp fires.
