“This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Nice change was a new main refrigerator. There were a couple of bathroom sinks that never drained properly and some of the furniture could use an update, but we had a great time at the house and of course the amazing view and close access directly to the beach.”

“Love this little cottage. The private pool is great and you can walk to almost anything. Close to the beach and so many shops. This was our 3rd year to stay in the cottage.”

“Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. ”

“We have a family of 11 soon to be 12. We loved that the house is very close to the pool and the ocean. Both things were very important to us because the kids could go to the beach or pool without a long walk. Also it is located in a spot that is close to grocery stores restaurants etc. We did not realize that we could not put up our tents until we got there. We did have an added expense of renting umbrellas. I will say that one day we decided to go to the public beach and take our tents and……

“My visit was from 14 to 17 Aug 2025. My brother initiated this trip as he loved fishing. 17 of us was scheduled by sadly my brother passed away prior to the trip. We (16 men) family and friends followed through in his honor and I must say it was an experience that one will never forget. The accommodations were great and location was perfect! The views were magnificent! Communication with the host was a breeze. We would definitely come back but after bragging about our trip I’m sure we will need……

“This place was great! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. When we had questions there was zero wait time for a response! although a little out dated it felt like home. The view was great and access to the beach was amazing. Now when they say hair dryer I recommend you bring your own. There is also no elevator which was a little inconvenient but not to much work with the steps right outside the door. The owner even called and made sure I trip was going well. Access to the shops……
