Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible. VRBO said they would text us all the details of……

“My family and I had an excellent time at The Suites at Hershey for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities needed. The fireplace was perfect for the time of year. Location was great, close to all the attractions, outlets and restaurants.
