“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. “We arrived in Zurich after a long international trip, walked to the hotel from picking up our baggage, slept well, and the next morning had a good breakfast at the hotel. “We were a group of 6 and booked a two-bedroom apartment for 2nights, which exceeded all our expectations. It had two huge king-size beds, a spacious living room, and a large, clean bathroom. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. Honestly, we think we may have been upgraded because the apartment was far better than what we saw in the photos. If not, then the photos definitely don’t do the place justice—consider updating them on Expedia! The service was exceptional.……

“The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.”
