“The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. ”

“Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.”

The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.”

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“在慕尼黑火車站旁邊 交通方便 我們租車要還車就在附近 整體住起來很舒服 但我先生被床虱叮咬 應該也不是他們的問題 我不願意因此就給他們低的評價 比較特別的是他們沒有房間清潔服務 你要自己把毛巾丟在外面的車廂裡，再拿乾淨的毛巾據說是要環保 但我覺得住很多天的人應該會很困擾。”

“服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。”

“This is quite a modern unit, with new rooms and furnishings. The staff were most helpful. The parking was only €10 per day, which is reasonable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast (extra charge), but it looked good. There is an elevator. There was not a good night light in our room. One down-side might be the location, a ways out of town, but it was only a 10-15 minute drive into the city. The property is right next to a main public transit hub (bus and streetcar). Good air conditioning……
