“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“Our room was spotless, and despite our late arrival, the checkout process wasa breeze. We were particularly charmed by the hotel's decor, which evoked a lovely village and cozy atmosphere. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom.”

“Fantastisch! Super lieber Empfang. Sehr nettes Personal. Das möchte ich hier ganz besonders hervorheben, da leider immer mehr Hotels darauf verzichten. Ich habe mich sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht ins Grüne. Hier kann man prima entspannen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde liebevoll angerichtet und war lecker. Es gab frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, frisch gebackene Plätzchen und……

“Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber! Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem! Das einchecken ging problemlos und schnell. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker! Ein Zimmer hatte Teppich, was uns persönlich nicht so gefallen hat! Wir würden und werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!”

“We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly……

“Zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles was aanwezig. Het was een beetje verouderd maar nog steeds proper. Eten was ook lekker. In de omgeving kan je enkele mooie wandeltochten maken.”
