“Nice location! The hotel is just between the train station and old town.”

“I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”

“Overall, it's a nice hotel, although the room has some shortcomings. There are no hooks for hanging jackets, surprisingly narrow beds, unstable air conditioning, and unfortunate solutions in the shower regarding water spillage.”
