“Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places. “The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.”

“Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security.”

“Aanrader om dit verblijf te boeken. Doe dit dan niet via Vrbo, maar via de website van de eigenaren. Het systeem van Vrbo werkt niet goed samen met het systeem van de eigenaren. Vrbo heeft dit probleem nog niet opgelost. Hierdoor kan overboeking een probleem zijn. De eigenaren hebben ons enorm goed geholpen en waren erg gastvrij. De huisjes waren schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hopelijk hebben anderen net zo'n fijn verblijf als wij. ”

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "
