“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received……

“The apartment was lovely. You get a nice view of the lake. We stayed in Zurich and traveled to multiple places. Having close access to the train station (10 min walk) made it so easy to navigate every day. One note, if you are used to an upright shower, you will need to get used to the shower as it has an angled wall and you will need to use the handheld shower head. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.”
