“Brera Apartments are a brandnew property. There is still some construction going on, but the bother is negligable and the property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although you do get checked in through a link in an email. The rooms are clean and comparable to hotel rooms in the USA. My room had a queen sized bed, kitchenette with refrigerator Nespresso coffee maker and a water cooker. There were also plates and utensils for two persons. It had a large smart tv……

“This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!”

“Großes, schönes Haus mit vielen überraschenden Räumen und kreativen Lösungen in dem alten Gemäuer, umgeben von einem großen, vielfältigen Garten. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Nisa verbracht und ein tolles Familienfest gefeiert. Unsere Festrunde aus 14 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab genug Platz für eine lange Tafel, Spiel- und Tobemöglichkeiten für die Kinder und viele Rückzugsorte. “Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”

“Our group of 11 adults stayed 3 nights. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedroom options, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequate, washer and dryer were so nice to have. The chance to gather together in the large room was the biggest need for us, and we spent a lot of time there. Host was helpful and very responsive. Great experience!”
