“Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”

“This hotel is uniquely wonderful. The property is spotless. The service is so great. The hospitality “living room” with a beer tap, coffee machine, drinks and candy is perfect. And, the included breakfast is divine. The restaurant at night is a superior experience. I love this hotel!”

“入住時詢問櫃台是否有辦法跟同事的房間在同一層或是隔壁，當時接應的是新報到的員工因此無法處理，等到了較資深的員工來，表現不耐不說，還安排了一間沒有整理的房間給我同事，因此就全部重來，最後當然也沒有安排在同一層或是相鄰處。飯店很美，內裝舒適，床鋪很舒服，還有咖啡可以免費外帶。但早餐一定要自己打理，不然就得去隔壁的美居吃高達19歐一人的早餐，而完全沒有那個價值！官網說有洗衣機，但找了半天還是找不到，四樓的laundry room 打開是空蕩蕩的房間，最後還是每天在外面自助洗衣店洗衣服。但飯店房間配備的器具完善，附近又有很多超市，買食材，花點時間準備個早餐絕對是可以的。若有多待幾天的打算，我會建議入住，就像個自己小空間一樣舒適，但若只是匆匆一晚，不會建議。”

“We picked the hotel due the good reviews, it’s proximity to the airport, and the reasonable price. The check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and it came with a complimentary bottle of water, and little treats of Gummibärchen 😁”

“Der Service und die Lage sind hervorragend. War zum wiederholten Male da und werde wieder einkehren. Ein kleiner Abzug bzgl der lauten Lüftung im Badezimmer. Es mag auch Zimmerbedingt sein. Das war uns beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer etwas negativ aufgefallen. Ist aber nur ein marginaler Abzug ”
