Due to its good geographical position, you can take day trips to 25 km away Uckermünde on Szczecin Lagoon to bathe in the lagoon and make boat trips. Excursions to the Polish city of Szczecin, which is 40 km away, are also possible to shop there cheaply or to see the beautiful old town. 80 km away is the island of Usedom with its three imperial baths Heringsdorf, Basin and Ahlbeck, where you can swim in the Baltic Sea or take boat trips and visit a pier.
