We didn't need to have a lot of contact with Stephen, but the few times we did he was very responsive and very helpful. The house itself is a historic home, so as another reviewer mentioned, the floors are a bit creaky in spots. But that's the charm of a historic home. There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The houses had everything we needed and were very well-maintained and clean. The views on the property are amazing!! Everyone at the reception raved over how beautiful the setting was. “The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future ”
