“Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. ”

“House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions. ”

“We had 6 families staying with 14 kids between us. Very easy to get to and great communication between the house owners! Lots of tvs and different living spaces so the kids and adults could all have a good time. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and fun places for kids. Would definately recommend!”

“Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! From the rain shower to the fireplace to the hot tub to the game room to the coffee maker, it was amazing! And the bed was so comfy! I couldn't have asked for a better home away from the city! It had just snowed and it even snowed while we were there making the stay magical. To top it off, everyone in Lake Harmony was SO NICE! I would……
