“The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 to be comfortable and was in a great spot with a beautiful yard to chill at the house or go hike nearby. It smelled a bit musty and we needed to take allergy meds for our dust/mold allergies BUT we loved the spot so much we didn’t care. “Pros: The pool was excellent, well kept and clean. Silvio was responsive to any issues that came up along the way. The location is nice and quiet. Cons: Most of the furniture was stained, broken and decrepit. The lighting was sallow and yellow. The kitchen cabinets had a smell and the remote was so sticky we put it in a ziploc to use it. We would return if the house was updated and freshened up to promote a clean and inviting feel.”
