It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!”

“Property is very nice. The backyard and screened porch are perfect. Neighbor have annoying dogs. That bark come to the gate and bark constantly. ”

“We had great fun staying in the storm shelter, which was very quiet so you could sleep well and then playing with all the baby goats cats and Toby the dog. Chocolate chip sourdough cookies were delicious and warm out of the oven. ”

“The booking was smooth. I actually asked to move the dates and the owners made it happen with no fuss. I got in and had no issues. I did think there was a cooking surface and didn’t have one, but other than that everything was good ”

“This house is the perfect home for a family that needs four rooms. Two spacious and well appointed bathrooms and fully accessible kitchen. There were so many things we could do just staying at the property. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and Ryan was accommodating. We were able to access everywhere we needed to go in Tally from this location. It was close to FSU, shopping, restaurants, and overall was easy to stay at while moving in our son to FSU. Definite do over. ”

“I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. ”
