“ Overall the room was lean and comfortaable, and the front desk clerk allowed me to check in slightly early. This was much appreciated after a very long drive. I did miss having a clock radio in the room, so I can check time if I wake in the night, without having to turn on a light and check watch. Not everyone is sucked into the Smartphone matrix. “The place is full of eye candy inside and out with attention to detail. A lot of thought and design in each room. Very comfortable and clean. Huge beautiful bathrooms. We were there on a Wednesday night in September, so only people there; a little weird with self check in and being in this giant house alone. Although the self check-in was really easy and well managed. Parking was across street up a staircase, so drop bags first. ”
