“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks……

“This rental was a perfect size for the price, and everything matched the listing and previous reviews. The kitchen, air conditioning, and bathroom all worked as expected, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in outside my own home. “Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. Very short wait for hot water in the shower and sinks to start up. The owners were very quick and responsive to messages sent through the app. Beautiful succulents in the back yard. “The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked which was great as we cooked several meals during our stay. We really appreciated the Starbucks k-cups as well! There were two bath towels laid out per room which was great but it would have been nice to have extra as we stayed several days. There were washers and dryers available but we were busy with family activities so didn’t get to washing the towels we had. Not a big deal but something to consider. The backyard was……

“The curry smell was tolerable but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and many of the light bulbs in the house were missing. The backyard had beer cans and cigarette butts I cleaned up myself. Some things in the house could use repairs. Feel the price was excessive for what you get”
