"The air conditioning unit in the room was not working properly. It was very humid in the room. The front desk people came to the room to look at it and adjust it, but it still didn’t work. It wasn’t terribly uncomfortable, but would have liked the AC unit to work better."

Though I was able to use the stairs, not having an elevator removes these newer rooms from accessibility to handicapped people, makes it harder for elderly people to get to their room, people with a lot of luggage are challenged, and I am sure ..."
