“The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned……

“Overall the host was extremely helpful. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. We would return to this house again and I highly recommend staying at this location. ”

“The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers.
