“Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived.”

“We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!”

“Great location, protected from the wind with a peekaboo view of the sea. An easy five minute walk to the Bluffs. A bit like staying at grandma‘s house, slightly dated, but charming, warm and comfortable. We loved it! I don't expect much but having some basics would be nice like a place to put bags without being on lounge bench, towels for the rec center (they advertise access but only two towels). Nice to have coffee capsules- but all were child like flavors (Eggo, french toast, and breakfast cereal flavorings). The cabinet holding the mini fridge was gorgeous, but one can not sleep if it is opened- it is strikingly loud and creaky”
