“This property gave us no complaints! Everything was great about it. Perfect location, perfect stay for two, and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions! When we arrived it was very clean and all amenities were provided as stated in the description. Highly recommend and would stay there again! 10/10!”

“I take my children to PCB each year for Spring Break. I enjoy Laketown Wharf and the community. For the most part my stay was great. The property did their best to create a safe environment for guests. I would like to suggest during Spring Break week that adding additional security and checkpoint measures will help with discouraging inappropriate and criminal behavior on the property of Spring Breakers. “My family enjoyed the stay! The little kids had fun with the wildlife in the pond right off our balcony. The sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome added amenity that most places we’ve stayed at don’t include, so thank you! We will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed this condo and location, it is close enough to all the restaurants and activities. It is mostly newer or updated finishes, 2nd bathroom could use an update soon though. Balcony was nice as well but we mostly spent our time outside at the pool or beach. The beach chair service could use updated chairs as they aren’t the best quality or comfortable. Also, they wouldn’t let us use a set because we got out to the beach at 3:40 one day which was ridiculous (apparently you have to claim by……

“The mattress is in need to be replaced!Who ever cleans your place needs to clean under the blanket chest. Dropped something and it went under very dirty w a black sock! Window seals has not been cleaned. Lots of lint.I have been coming here for 23 years!Love it here! Just being honest with the above information as I would hope everyone else would also do!
