“When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. “I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations. ”

“We needed a place to stay after coming in from NY for my nephew’s wedding. I found this home on Vrbo and couldn’t have been happier with it. Nice neighborhood, very clean, plenty of towels, household items and anything we needed for our stay. Communication was great, Juana answered any and all concerns I had before we got there in a timely manner.
