The worse experience ever from hotels.com and room

No one was at the window to check in so I proceeded to go and cancel my reservation. Hotels.com communicated that it was too late to cancel and there for I couldn’t cancel this room. I went into check in and was checked in and paid the 30 deposit. We went to the room and the officer manager came back saying that she could not check me in because her computer read that the reservation was canceled. She asked me to return to the office so she could show me what it said. I showed her my email confirmation from hotel.com and proceeded to provide her with the reservation details for her to check on her end. She said she would call her corporate and get it worked out with hotels.com and we could proceed to stay in the room “because she liked us”. When I went back to the room, used the restroom to learn the toilet would not flush, there was no running water, and dead bugs were in the tub indicating it hadn’t been cleaned anytime lately. I walked back to the office to communicate this issue and to request instead of being moved to just asked to be checked out. She refunded my $30 deposit on the same day of Saturday( same day she ran the initial deposit request), we returned the keys and proceeded to leave the property. I immediately called hotels.com to communicate this issue as hotels.com processed full payment on Saturday and my family and I DID not stay at this disgusting hotel.

Lousy place to stay avoid at all cost!!!

The room smelled bad, tv did not work, water pressure was crappy they charge you a $30 deposit and tell you that if the room is not messed up you will get it back in 7-10 days but dont give it back and tell you it your fault that youer not getting it back then hang up on you...

Kinda cheap but you get what you pay for

The first stay at this hotel the shower didn’t even work.. this time the floors have clearly not been cleaned there are ants or some kind of bugs all over the floors and in the bath tub and sink.. refrigerator and microwave doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a while. And the towels looked really dirty like they haven’t even been washed. You have to look closely in the pictures of the floor to see the bugs but they are there! The price on here is cheaper but honestly I would say the rooms here aren’t worth more than $30/night including taxes. Not really even worth the $50

There was NOTHIJG about this motel I liked. There were roaches in the room. There were 3 microwaves in the room that were so disgusting and burnt on the inside of them. Why would anyone need 3 microwaves?! Shower and toilet were so gross. Worst stay I’ve ever had in my life.

Horrible place to stay.

The room smelled bad. The beds were very hard. The mirror looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower was very nasty. There was scum and what looked like shampoo or shower gel all over the shower walls. You could not shut the bathroom door. I will never get a room at this place again. I had two nights reserved and we checked out after one night. There were sounds above us but we were staying on one level. So, no telling what was making all that noise on the roof.

Do not stay here

Room smelled bad, refrigerator was sitting outside room , rusty water , paint peeling off walls and door, no hot water, linens were really dated could use replacing. Stayed in OTO properties in past was really really disappointed in this property.
