“The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had more than expected with a mini fridge, toaster, and mini kitchen area. Hotel is eight next to a beach access pass for rasy beach access, and within about 3-4 blocks of walking to downtown shopping with a convenient path with beach view.
The only negative we found was there is no ac and we had a fan that did not oscillate, but we feel this shouldn't negatively impact the hotel.

“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “On the Promanod and short walk to the beach. Half a block top great breakfast at Osprey Cafe. Quiet away from the hug-bub but close enough to get to a;; of it. Great view top floor of the waves and you can hear them.”
“It was centrally located, staff was nice and parking was a breeze.
Under renovation, an older property so you can guess what it's still like. No AC so the room got very hot at night even with the slider open all night. Pool was very dirty/murky and felt unsafe with the exposed wires overhead.”
