“This was a comfortable stay for us. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. The listing doesn't mention that the sofa in the living room is a pull-out, but it is. This was great for us.The balcony is really nice and you can sit out there and watch birds and the sunset and the river. It's an easy walk to the beach/prom along 12th ave. Although you can walk to broadway, for us we mostly drove to broadway and parked and then walked around town from there.Everything worked at the……

There are a ton of restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks super close. You can also walk to the cute shopping area or aquarium easily. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ”
