Two bedrooms are on the main level and opposite each other and two bedrooms are located in the 3rd floor loft and are also across from each other, with ample windows in all bedrooms. The third floor features a spacious loft with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a cozy hidden book nook—perfect for quiet reading. You’ll also find an additional queen bedroom upstairs, making this retreat ideal for families or groups.

Guest Requirements
Per Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Toms River requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.
Pet Policy
➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.
➤ Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.
➤ Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.
Our Cleanliness Promise

➤ If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team .
For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the property including the entrances and patio areas.
