I booked a partial view however, the it wasn’t the best view and for that price I would have booked somewhere else. However, the room was clean but it’s time for an update! It’s getting old and you can see it. We wanted to use the hot tub but we never could; it was always packed with children day and night so that was useless. Overall, decent but probably won’t be going back.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast room.was very small for the amount of guests at the property. The layout of the buildings and parking was cramped probably due to the amount of land available next to the ocean.

Was a beautiful property and staff was awesome. Parking can be a pain but it’s so worth is especially because you can walk everywhere or ride electric scooters all over like we did. We will be back for sure!

The staff was very very helpful and kind. They have a little breakfast in the morning as well which is nice for leaving early! Rooms were nice and clean. Again the staff was really sweet everyone we interacted with over our stay was so so kind.

Amazing hot breakfast. Fresh cookies in the lobby every night at 6. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Right on the beach. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and aquarium. The rooms include shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They have dvds you can borrow to watch in your room. The hotel isn't "modern" or updated. But very clean. 100% would book again!

We had a great time, perfect stay for families! We enjoyed fresh cookies in the evening, a warm indoor pool, and a huge breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Overnight it was quiet. Would come again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we couldn't figure out the DVD player they came right up (turned out we had Blue Ray videos so that's why they didn't play). So instead we got some of the hotel's own extensive selection of DVDs and watched those.

The staff is excellent and friendly. The property and the rooms are well maintained. It was so nice to have a fireplace in the room, too. We felt right at home here. It was great! The Seaside Aquarium is right next door and well worth the visit. It was so nice to be just a few walkable blocks from the busyness on Broadway and not be right on top of it. If you are looking for swanky and new, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for clean and comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price, this is where you want to be. We will come here again!

I stayed at the Ebb Tide Oceanfront Inn on May 29th and 30th, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views that made my stay truly relaxing. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the cozy atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, which really made a difference. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I honestly have no complaints—everything was just right. I would absolutely recommend Ebb Tide Oceanfront Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay by the coast.
