My 2nd time staying here and I love all of the new positive changes for the better of this property....my room this time was with the balcony ocean 🌊 view.... I felt like a queen 👑 in my room...room service was excellent during my stay...fresh towels daily and bed 🛏️ was made and trash 🗑️ was taken care of by the time I got back from my walk on the board walk visiting many of the shops and lunch while I was out.... love that the pool/, jacuzzi access was 24 hrs for adults and the 🔥 fireplace in the room was definitely 💯 a nice touch to the room... Ty again for the wonderful weekend.... just wished my BF could have been with me to enjoy as well ☺️

The ovenview was Wonderful, the size if the room was nice,with a kichenett. BUT...the room was not as clean as it should of been ,it needed a Deep cleaning,exspecially the carpet,when I had my shoes and socks off the bottom of my feet got very dirty. The room and baloncy need updating and some T.L.C. Altho the bedding seemed clean, the bed was not comfortable at all,very hard!!!

Some major advantages for this hotel. The location is perfect. It's right on the beach and promenade, with a great view in the upper beach-facing units. Staff was excellent, so super friendly and accommodating. While the "partial" view was good from inside the room, and I appreciated the staff trying to give me the best possible view for the room type I could afford. But keep in mind that when you're out on the balcony and sitting, the view is blocked the dirty roof of the restaurant below. Also, the building itself is older and could use some updates, though it looked like renovations were underway (there was construction on the other side of the hotel). The in-room kitchen was a big plus, especially since most ocean-view hotels in the area don’t offer complimentary breakfast. That said, the kitchen was a bit outdated and missing some basic utilities (like a baking pan or spatula) so the small oven wasn’t really usable. We also had some issues with the shower, but they were quickly remedied and hopefully the renovations will take care of the rest.

The pool water/Jacuzzi was very not clean and I got an eye infection the next day after using the pool/Jacuzzi! I became sick for the next 4 days and had to call off work due to this. Please save yourself the hassle and make sure the pool is clean with Jacuzzi before booking this hotel!

The View was out of this world. The People were great treated my wife very well when she needed something. Rooms were older but still good. Bed was comfy we slept well in them. Remodeling was kinda a downer but understand needs to be done so can't really think od a bad thing.

I got woke up 3 different times by loud ppl on 2nd floor..sounded like they'd been "out" an were laughing an talking loudly..once at 1030pm,again at 130am,and again at 330am..finally had enough an had to tell them that ppl were trying to sleep...

The view was great. It is currently undergoing badly needed renovations so it’s a bit chaotic. The bed was rather uncomfortable for me and my arthritis. Room was clean and spacious. I’d go back again after renovations are completed.

It’s a Was really good place to stay just some rooms are small and they don’t tell you all rooms are conjoined. Other than that and the fact we got told we’d have to pay an extra $20 for early check in but the people right behind didn’t have to pay to the same early check in. Pretty interesting

Ashley was super nice and welcomed us on our late check in after spending the whole day at the beach. Every was good except our neighbors from room 320. My family and I spent the worse nigh listening to their fights, vulgar laud conversations and non sense screams. It seems like the walls are not sound proof and we couldn’t sleep at all. Our neighbors woke up earlier and started the same story again for which we just wanted to leave the hotel and never come back. Bailee was at the front check when we checked out and she didn’t even ask how was our stay and that made my dissatisfaction even bigger. There were many other properties available in Seaside for a lot less money, we chose this one for their location but felt we stayed in a very cheap motel and the experience was really bad for my little ones.

The doors are situated so that you cant go in or out your door while the people next to you are doing the same. The walls are very thin, or the people next door were very loud. Yelling to friends from the balcony, over and over, letting their door slam, 30sec later, someone showing up knocking, doir opens and slams again. People on the other dide had a dog out on their balcony that barked whenever we went out. I will never stay there again.

The property is under renovation. Staff and workers did everything possible to minimize impact to guests, including limiting renovation working hours, areas, noise, and also including a price reduction, This place is great and I will stay again. Walk out the door one way and your shopping, the other your at the ocean. Premium rooms have ocean views which a spectacular. The promenade walk is great, and the balcony and kitchen are outstanding.
