“"Ernie's Place" was very comfortable, very clean, and fully equipped. We were there for three nights and enjoyed the plentiful bedroom storage, the kitchen facilities, and especially, after several days on the road, the laundry. Also, the Wi-Fi is excellent; we were able to stream the IndyCar race on our Roku stick with no problems. I also appreciated the off-street parking. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. ”

There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. “We had a lovely time staying here over Fourth of July to successfully escape the firework noise for our baby (not allowed in Carmel). Great location — about 10 minutes from various local attractions. Great space for family. Had fun toys for kids. Some highway noise but otherwise very quiet and noise machines were provided. Going in through seven mile drive gate was quick with the pass. Great communication. Would stay again. Thank you!”

"This is an excellent budget hotel. Their cleanliness is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. I truly believe this hotel has been severely underrated. Honestly, it’s fantastic and very comfortable — especially when it comes to hygiene, which is exceptional. On top of that, the price is very affordable. Its location is extremely convenient, right next to shopping malls, making it easy to meet all your needs for dining, shopping, and transportation. It’s a great place, and I can guarantee I will definitely come back again.

"1.The hair dryer was broken, it didn't work at all, I asked the staff to give us another hair dryer and he refused, 2.the sound insulation of the room was very poor, the guests in the next room could hear clearly, it seriously affected the rest
3. I paid more for the breakfast here, but the breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, many guests didn't eat, it ended too early. It is very unreasonable
4.The quality of the mattress is very poor, the spring feeling is very obvious, the whole bed feels like shaking when it moves slightly
and all the experiences are very poor. Would not stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend to other guests to stay here."
