“Overall, the property was good. Great location, safe neighborhood, and close to restaurants / shopping. The host was responsive, pleasant, and easy to contact. We did have an issue with the furnace (no heat) when the morning temps were around 34degrees for 2 days. She was quick to respond and arranged for some space heaters to be dropped off for our use until the furnace was fixed. The place is well used.. the one couch could use and update. Also, the kitchen utensils need some attention. There……

“My family and I were so HaPpY and pleased with this house! It was close to shopping, restaurants, the beach & in a wonderful neighborhood! It had room for 3 vehicles plus a golf cart we rented. I’m 65 years old and I had to have a way to get around other than the walk to the beach. I’m only suggesting that you might get a cart that’s included with the house. I would’ve paid a little more to have the convenience of one. Other than having to rent a cart, we were 100% very pleased. I would……

“The home and location are both great reasons to stay here. However there are things that could use some attention.. The water in this unit does not get hot but warm, Master bedroom mattress definitely needs to be replaced its the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on..FYI the Grill is Gas that is not listed in the description.”

“Loved the house, private pool and the location. My only complaint was when booking, the listing showed it came with golf cart. The golf cart was removed a week or so from listing before we arrived. I tired to reach out about this but got no response. ”
