There was so much noise, door slamming amd music. Rooms are old and have a nasty odor. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED HAPPY TO BE THERE. CHECKING IN COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. The shuttle service is a plus.

Cindy at check in was extremely helpful. I asked her about a shuttle to the cruise port and she got me all set at half the price a Lyft would be. I had to return a rented car and she helped me get the shuttle back to the hotel from the airport. She pleasantly answered all my questions. The room is nice and clean and comfy. :).

This hotel is one of our favorite places to stay when we need to overnight near the Airport. It is a quick shuttle ride away and the rooms are always clean. The staff is super helpful. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and one of our favorite services they have is their shuttle driver will take you to any restaurant and drop you off and then pick you up. The driver has always been very polite and friendly and asks how our meal was, etc.

Affordable option for staying near the airport the night before our cruise with the kids. Facility is clean but older for sure and not a lot of amenities. The tv didn’t work in our room. Complimentary breakfast was convenient in the morning before we headed to the cruiseport. Overall a fine choice for our family who needed somewhere to sleep on our late flight into Seattle.

The free shuttle they offer from and to the airport was great! It was easy to communicate it with the staff and the shuttle drivers were very helpful. Their free hot breakfast was good, includes scrambled eggs and sausages. The room and the bed itself was nice but there were a couple questionable stains on the towels and the pillow sheets. The place itself could use upgrades to make it more presentable as the place is a bit run down. Overall, we would stay here again if we had an overnight layover.

Racist behavior towards customer, we chose rooms with parking included and then we are told that they over booked the parking lots and cant do anything about it. We were told that we can leave if it is inconvenient for us. Butbmoney will not be returened because we didnt pay them we paid expedia. Road noise was alot with all windows close and no water in the room also.

My wife and I were guests in your Fair City. In the middle of anything and everything. We had access to the Bus, the Light rail, which we learned how to use. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was awesome with a large bathtub/shower. However I was unable to figure out the bathtub drain plug. This Hotel has an airport shuttle that was amazing because they will take you to exactly where you need to go. We will be exclusively staying with Comfort inn and suites
