Inn at Lake Washington canceled our reservation without contacting us because they were overbooked! We arrived from out of town with surgery scheduled in the morning and no place to stay. Needless to say, we were very angry. It’s Memorial Day weekend and eventually found another more expensive place to stay the night.

Turned away at check in because they “horribly over booked” and they “turned away everybody who chose the pay upon arrival option” … they had my card on file and could have easily charged me in full if I hadn’t shown up. And when I arrived at 6pm (check in started at 3) I had received NO contact from them regarding their inability to uphold their end of the reservation. It’s 2025, it shouldn’t be that complicated to not overbook a hotel.

They overbooked and didn't notify us at any point until we arrived in person at 12pm, a few hours before our check in time, that our reservation was canceled because they were prioritizing the reservation that were paid in full online over those who only paid the prepayment deposit. They told us we had to find something else and they were sorry for any inconvenience i asked why i wasnt notified and was told i dont know and that was the end of the conversation i found other accommodations and left. Afterwards they said i canceled to continue to charge me for the booking i tried calling customer service and was put on hold and given no help or answers they kept insiting i canceled the booking when they were the ones who canceled on us the day of at 10am with no notice.

They we're overbooked through Expedia, we had to find a new hotel to stay at. The employee was super kind, in handling the situation, however we did not end up staying here.

The rooms were motel style. We did ask and were given a ground floor room. They had no privacy blinds, just blackout curtains. The tub had cracks in it. The walls needed paint. The night stands needed to be replaced, the particle board was stained and chipped. No plugs by one of the nightstands. Had to bring our dirty towels to the office to get clean ones. The walls were very thin, heard the upstairs people walking and our neighbors tv till 2 am. They must rent to seasonal workers, because at 7 am all our neighbors were up and starting their trucks. The last straw was no water when we woke up. I should of known the type of establishment and left when there was a list of replacement costs for things taken. It was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed and expedia should take them off their available hotel rentals.

Booked this inn months back and got my confirmation email and another confirmation email the day prior to arriving, arrived on the day to check in and was overbooked told us they didn’t have a room. The guy working the front desk was quite rude. Wasn’t able to get a refund.

I was looking for a place to stay on a budget for a couple nights. The OYO Hotel was just right. The rooms are really clean with wood floors and suitable air conditioning. I especially appreciated the high level of security with multiple cameras on the property and high visibility of the managers.

Definitely staying here again. The only thing I didnt realize was there was a $100 deposit. Must have slipped my eyes when booking but shortly after arrival, I went back online to check and there was the deposit notice. But apart from that everything was good.

Overall had a pretty good stay. Room was clean and comfortable, the heat worked well, a/c probably fine im a freeze baby so i didn't need that lol. The bath tub drain was slower than the shower head, but I still had a hot shower so the only yellow flag was fairly minor and overlookable.

I was nervous to stay here because of the reviews and the $100 deposit they charge. However my room was clean and pest-free, there was no smoke odor, the room had wear-and-tear but it didn't feel run-down. Most importantly, I received my full deposit back with no issues, within a few hours of checkout.
