Staff was just absent from the front desk multiple days/times, and I don't mean for 2 minutes, I'm talking 15 minute breaks? Smelled like smoke breaks.
We were told deliveries during the daytime were fine, and then they denied delivery from DoorDash to the room, but also had no concierge to deliver. We found this out while I was at work, having ordered delivery for my wife who had just had a procedure on her knee. The front desk did not care, so I had to come back from work (which I was explicitly in town for), to bring the stuff from the front desk to our room. Even with their world class slow elevators it was a 5 minute round trip, which the front desk disappeared for much longer than that at a time already. So thanks for that.
Key system was chsnged mid stay and was erratic every day thereafter, sometimes I could get into the garage but not my room, or room but not the garage, and sometimes I couldn't get into either. VERY frustrating to constantly have to wait for the worlds slowest elevators.
Lastly, expensive for the room quality (think EconoLodge but a step below, or Motel 6 but a step above).
