The rooms are spacious and you can have separate living room for guests.

We are a family with elderly and children. The hotel is near the freeway exit and easy to find. The room is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and the sofa bed is easy to setup. There is a mantel fireplace in the living room with a 3 hours burning fuel provided which could provide an interesting experience to those travelers from tropical area during the winter time. The kitchen provides basic facilities for simple cooking but not kettle is provided. There is no lift and our room is on the first floor. More efforts would be required to move the heavy luggage into the room. It is better to ask for ground floor rooms during reservations when necessary. We have encountered electricity shut down for sometime and no central heating and lighting during the time. Not much choice for the breakfast and dinner. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel to families using private car as a travelling means.

The only real negatives had to do with accessing the room. There were narrow walkways between separate buildings, which we were directed to go through with luggage racks. The buildings did not have elevators. All the entrances were outdoor entrances. The luggage racks were not very useful. We had to unload everything at the bottom of a pair of stairs and walk it up. The dining area in our suite wasn't really sufficient for the amount of people that the room could sleep. I'm a big fan of being able to sit down together at a table when we're eating. A couple of us always had to sit on the couch. Other than that, the room was great. Very comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

The room we was perfect for our family of five. Spacious two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a common area between the them. The main lobby was beautiful and inviting, and breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff came across as indifferent and unaccommodating, especially at check-in, but otherwise it was a great stay.

We have stayed here many times over several years because it is so convenient for our primary reason to be in the area. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, room kitchens well appointed, breakfast buffet is plentiful and included. The shining star here is the excellent customer service provided by everyone on the staff - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants all are helpful and thoughtful. This means so much to us when we travel even for short stays! While there are other convenient - and lower priced - options in the area, this remains our favorite overall place and it's worth it.

For my entire stay with 2 kids, i was given a 3rd floor but the elevator stopped working the first day and wasnt working for next 3 days. We had to use the stairs for everything up and down like 3-4 times a day.. that wasnt nice.. the breakfast timings were also till only 9 am so mostly none of the familt members can join for breakfast.

The staff responded promptly to my messages. They were professional, respectful, and very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. They have variety depending on the day and vegan/vegetarian options! They left a bag with treats/eggs on Easter Sunday. My kid thought the Easter bunny left it for him and make him happy. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
