The parking system has been a nightmare for me during my stays (8 days). I think they should be cleary explain to the customer, the need to validate the plate number at the front desk each time you need to get out of the parking. Furthermore, expedia sale me a bundle with the parking include, but i never got the QR Code as proof of my payment for the parking. It seems, there is not getaway between expedia and the parking service (metropolis.io). Even at 3 am, i had to call the security to open the gate or the customer service of metropolis. Really bad experience with the parking system.
