The location next to Bellevue Square is great. Parking is free. The rooms are very large with a full kitchen. The decor is older like the 70’s but clean. There are only about 30 rooms so it’s quieter than other hotels. The breakfast is minimal - one coffee station and no decaf, packaged bagels and pastries, cereal dispenser is flimsy and hard to work, only oat and almond milk. Limited business center and the copier was out of ink. One of the morning reception staff took forever to refill the coffee - told one person waiting that there was a Starbucks at Bellevue Square. The television is limited to Roku and so can’t watch CNN, MSNBC, ESPN, most local news stations, and a lot of other normally available TV. The WiFi was weak in some parts of my room - kept stalling out. Overall probably a good value unless you want more of a breakfast, better television, and attentive front desk service.
