不满意：清洁度
Not a good experience
The house is in a nice location with a beautiful view of mountains and sky out the front window. Pretty much everything else needs improvement. Most important to note is that this house does not sleep 8 people. There’s one queen bed and 2 full beds. That’s it. I suppose one person could sleep on the couch but said couch is in an un-heated room. It was too cold for us to even hang out in that room and the other living space had only two uncomfortable chairs and a tiny uncomfortable bench. Nowhere to be cozy! The cleaning crew also left much to be desired. We found trash and odd piles of things in several spots, it just did not feel nice to walk in to. The kitchen supply needs to be completed. No mixing bowls, not enough dish towels, no butter knives, no hot pads, don’t plan to do much cooking here. But the worst thing that we experienced was finding that the coffee pot had a thick layer of fuzzy mold on all of the inside parts. One of us had to do a coffee run in the morning. Boo.The front door handle fell off in my hand, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, the list goes on. We still managed to have a good time because we spent a lot of time out of the house, but this house seriously hindered the enjoyment of our vacation.I tried to communicate these concerns privately, but got little response, and no resolution.
